Competition: ” Take part in the market survey CO2 compensation and win one of the Bongo voucher “Bed & Bike Eco” worth euro 200!”

1. Organisation

This competition with no obligation to purchase is organised by World’s Natural Balance BV (commercial name: The Ecological Entrepreneur), whose registered office is at Oudeleeuwenrui 7 box 3 with VAT number 0740.930.441, hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”. Participation in the competition implies unconditional acceptance of the provisions of these rules and of any decision to be taken by the Organiser in the context of this competition.

2. Who can participate

2.1. Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition is allowed for all VAB customers who have fully completed the “Market survey CO2 offsetting” questionnaire between 26/06/2024 and 30/08/2024. The VAB customer will be shown a thank-you screen when the survey is fully completed.

2.2 Incompatibilities
Incompatibles cannot participate in this competition: staff of the Organiser, as well as their immediate family members (spouses and relatives up to the first degree). Anyone who nevertheless enters the list of candidates or winners or even those who win a prize without fully complying with all participation conditions of the competition rules will automatically forfeit their prize, without compensation and without right to redress.

3. Duration

The competition will run from 26/06/2024 and 30/08/2024, which is also the deadline for participation in the examination. However, this period may be extended, interrupted or discontinued by the Organiser at any time.

4. Prize

4.1. Prize
The prize provided is a Bongo gift voucher “Bed & Bike Eco” worth €200

4.2 Claiming the prize
Winners will be contacted personally explaining the details of withdrawal of the prize.

4.3. Transferability of the prize
The prize is nominative, strictly in the name of the winners, and cannot be transferred or sold. It is also prohibited to offer or auction the prize on internet sites. If it should appear in any way that the winner does try to sell the prize (e.g. by offering it for sale on a website, through a newspaper, etc.) the Organiser has the right to withdraw the prize without any compensation or recompense. The prize is then available back to the Organiser and can be awarded to another participant if desired.

5. Announcement of winners

The winner, barring incidents during the survey, will be chosen on 01/09/2024 at World’s Natural Balance registered office. The customer whose answer comes closest to the shifting question will win a prize. In case of any ex aequo, the customer who completed the survey completely first will receive the prize.

6. General terms

The Organiser reserves the right to change, postpone, shorten or withdraw the competition or any part thereof if programme, technical or organisational circumstances so require. Should any provision of these Competition Rules be null and void and/or unenforceable, this shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining provisions or these Rules. The Organiser will replace this provision with a valid provision that corresponds as far as legally possible to the scope and content of the original provision. If the course of this competition should be disrupted by a technical incident, e.g. if a website goes offline, every effort will be made to neutralise these disruptive effects. However, the Organiser cannot be held liable for any disadvantage that would result from these technical incidents. In case of abuse, deception or fraud, the Organiser expressly reserves the right to exclude the participant(s) concerned from participation in this and/or other competitions they organise without further ado.

All additional publications in connection with the competition shall constitute the point of rules, unless clearly stated otherwise. All decisions made by the Organiser in connection with this competition are final and irrevocable. Any complaints regarding the competition can be reported to the above address, after which the Organiser will contact You. No correspondence will be entered into regarding other aspects of the competition.

7. Applicable law and competent courts

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding the competition and/or these regulations must first be submitted to the Organisers. If mutual consultation does not provide a solution, the dispute will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Antwerp.
