We are looking for a Sustainability Research Intern to join our team for 3 to 6 months to analyse the data of a conducted survey concerning employee engagement within sustainability. Your work will help us understand the importance employees place on sustainability measures within organisations and how they contribute to driving positive change.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse survey data to identify trends and insights related to employee perceptions of sustainability efforts within their companies
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations that summarise the findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Help track and measure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives based on the survey results
What are we looking for?
- A passion for sustainability and a strong interest in environmental and social impact
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques (experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis software is a plus)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment
