Job Discription
As our Administration Officer, you will be a key pillar of our organisation. You are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. You support our management team with financial accounting, salary administration, managing office facilities, etc.
You will join a dynamic, fast-growing and people-driven organisation, where you can work part-time (hours and days to be discussed).

- You have proven experience in a supportive/administrative role, preferably as an office manager or a similar position
- You will support the management team with accounting tasks, such as invoicing and payment management
- You will assist with monthly payroll and other administrative tasks
- You have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- You possess good communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written
- You are familiar with office software and accounting programs
- You are able to work independently and set priorities
